Executive university job – Dean College of Healthcare Sciences

Regent University seeks a distinguished leader for the new position of Dean of the College of Healthcare Sciences. The Dean will provide
visionary direction to establish the newly founded College of Healthcare Sciences and advance it to achieve a national reputation for
educational excellence for on campus and online students. The Dean’s primary objectives are to exercise innovative and strategic
leadership and strong budget management, achieve exponential enrollment growth and deliver entrepreneurial curriculum and academic
excellence for the College of Healthcare Sciences.

strategic academic investment by the university. The successful Dean candidate will be responsible for leading the new College, its School
of Nursing and its healthcare-related academic programs and initiatives. The Dean reports directly to the Executive Vice President for
Academic Affairs and will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to advance the College’s mission. The Dean represents the
College within the University and among a wide range of external audiences.

Qualifications: An earned Doctorate
in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Services, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration or related discipline from a
regionally accredited institution; extensive and progressively responsible experience in the healthcare industry; a combination of academic
scholarship and/or professional achievement sufficient to support a faculty appointment at the level of Associate Professor or Professor;
and a vibrant Christian life and testimony.
