Cardiff University School of Social Sciences is seeking to recruit a Research Fellow to work within the Cardiff Unit for Research and Evaluation in Medical and Dental Education (CUREMeDE) Centre that is located within the School. The successful candidate will take a lead role in the development and management of high quality research by providing general oversight of the centre as well as leading on research projects and contributing to the research record of the School through commitment to publishing in high-quality journals.

This position would suit someone with the ability to successfully develop, supervise and motivate teams, and the ability to develop quality assurance procedures.  You will have a strong academic track record including publication in high impact journals and a strong record of attracting external funding.

This is a full time position of 35 hours a week and is available immediately, fixed term to the 31st March 2018.

The post holder will be responsible to Professor Alison Bullock, Director CUREMeDE
