In partnership with senior nurses and healthcare managers, the researcher will be involved in the co-production and piloting of both a workload and a quality measurement tool, undertaking consultative interviews on tool use with national and international stakeholders, and the development of a funding application for formal validation. The individual will have the ability to think conceptually and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of collaborations with industry, NHS or social care and working in multidisciplinary teams is desirable.
