This is an opportunity to be part of a team developing an exciting new cloud hosted web application for one of our clients, which will be used daily by thousands of farmed livestock keepers. The successful candidate will work within an integrated group of around 25 programmers and geneticists, 2 of which will be working on this project.

We’re seeking a programmer ideally with experience of the Umbraco platform although similar .Net commercial experience will be considered. The role will also include SQL programming and experience of this is desirable.

A range of technologies are involved in developing the new application, including C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and SQL.

Required Skills:

  • C# with experience creating or maintaining websites
  • ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
  • Good communication ability
  • Good analytical/problem solving skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Umbraco CMS
  • jQuery
  • SQL Server experience

Benefits:

  • Salary range £24,000 to £33,000 (subject to experience)
  • Flexible Working hours and time off in lieu working practice.
