Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kingston University

The Role

You will lead the end to end on campus recruitment activity for paid opportunities, ensuring direct sourcing, attraction activity and reporting. You will generate leads and develop employer interest in Kingston University students, increasing the number of paid opportunities across sectors ensuring opportunities are available to students from across the University.

The Person

With leadership and management experience and the ability to work on your own initiative and drive forward activity, you will manage a variety of projects and activity. You are passionate about working with Kingston’s diverse student population and have extensive knowledge of graduate recruitment and placement recruitment mechanisms and processes. With experience of effective relationship management you are confident and comfortable when working with students and stakeholders across all organisational levels.
