The Dickson Poon School of Law is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Public Law (Education) to assist as part of a team in the delivery of excellent teaching to a large cohort of undergraduate students in the area of Public Law.
The successful candidate may have recently completed a PhD and would like to gain further experience in a research–led teaching role and being actively involved in the administration and academic life of a thriving law school.
The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview. For the presentation candidates would be expected to give a mini-lecture (of no more than ten minutes) on a particular topic from within Public Law that they think is difficult for a first-year student to grasp.
