The Department of Social Therapeutic and Community Studies is seeking to recruit a motivated Community and Youth Work lecturer to work on its established National Youth Agency validated professionally qualifying programmes. You will have a sound understanding of learning and practice contexts in Youth Work and Community Work will be required to teach tutor and assess the learning of students and be capable of convening an undergraduate programme. You will also be research active and will be expected to develop and/or extend a robust research agenda in the field. You will have a first degree and higher degree together with a professional qualification in Youth Work (preferably JNC qualified) and experience of teaching.
