The London School of Business and Management is a private higher education college located in central London (Bloomsbury).  We are a 10 minute walk from Euston Railway Station and within easy walking distance of a number of tube stations.  All our teaching is delivered at Birkbeck College, University of London.  Our students have full access to Birkbeck College’s library, including borrowing rights and are associate members of the University of London’s Student Central.

We deliver University of Northampton undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Accounting, Business and Law.  Our undergraduate degrees are designated by the Department for Education to provide our home students with access to loans through the SLC to cover their tuition fees and maintenance. Our postgraduate degrees are designated for SLC funding from September 2017.

In October 2015 we had a very successful QAA Higher Education Review (HER). The report is available on the QAA’s website.  We achieved a commendation for the enhancement of student learning opportunities.   Further to our October 2015 HER, we had a further monitoring visit from the QAA in September 2016 and the review team concluded that we are making commendable progress.

We are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer on a full-time contract to be responsible for creating engaging design for multiple target audience groups, including marketing and recruitment material, corporate publications, and digital media (including website and social media).

You require:

  • An undergraduate degree
  • Extensive experience (2+ years) working in a professional graphic design role
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Track record of producing engaging design for multiple target audience groups
  • Experience of creating brochures or catalogues
  • Experience of designing digital or website content, such as adverts and banners
  • Ability to take photographs and videos that are of a publishable quality

The start date is flexible, although ideally you will start by no later than 1 September 2017.
