Faculty Job in Academic & University Professor of Management and MBA Director

North Central College’s School of Business and Entrepreneurship invites applications for a professor of management (rank open) and director
of the MBA program beginning Fall 2018. We are seeking an energetic and experienced person who will help us re-envision and re-invigorate
the MBA program as well as teach in the department of management. The individual in this position will provide academic leadership for all
aspects of the MBA program.

Requirements of the position include, but are not limited to, program strategic planning and
development; graduate student support, marketing and recruiting; curriculum design, delivery, and management; student admissions; and
program assessment. The MBA director will work with the Dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, the department chairs and
faculty to identify, select, and develop faculty to provide instruction in the MBA program. The MBA director will provide leadership for the
establishment and strengthening of MBA curriculum mapping, assessment, and cyclical program reviews in accordance with initial AACSB
accreditation as well as HLC accreditation.

Marketing and recruiting includes working to establish and strengthen visibility
and support for the MBA Program, in conjunction with the Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies, and acting as a community liaison as the
face of the MBA program to the business community. The director will also be expected to seek out and participate in business events and
develop activities which bring business, governmental organizations, and not for profit organizations into partnership with the program to
enhance recruitment efforts and job placement results.

Founded in 1861, North Central College is a selective, comprehensive
liberal arts institution of about 3000 students, located 28 miles west of Chicago in Naperville. North Central College, an institution with
42 consecutive years of balanced budgets, is in a period of growth with the addition of a $60 million Science Center opened in March 2017.
The School of Business and Entrepreneurship will move in to a newly renovated building with a Bloomberg Finance Lab in Fall 2017. The School
is in the process of initial AACSB accreditation. The college is within walking distance of the Naperville Metra station and is next to

The director will hold a Ph.D. or DBA in management or a related field from an AACSB
accredited institution and will be expected to regularly teach in the school’s academic programs in their field of specialization. Of
interest to the school at this time are general management, strategic management, human resource management and/or quantitative management,
but all disciplines are encouraged to apply. Experience with, or strong interest in, curriculum design for online teaching is highly
desirable. Salary and rank are commensurate with academic qualifications and professional experience.
