Position AA#96-7-075: The Department of
Finance in the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking applicants for a permanent, tenure-track
faculty position in Finance. The position requires teaching general and specialty undergraduate finance courses – corporate finance,
investment, options and futures, and real estate finance. Instructional delivery will occur during the fall and spring semesters, with the
possibility of a supplemental contract during the winter and/or summer terms. Instructional delivery may occur through traditional, online,
or alternative instructional methods. The faculty member must also maintain an active research program, advise students, and provide service
within the institution. Bloomsburg University is located in beautiful north central Pennsylvania approximately 50 miles southwest of the
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and 30 miles west of the Pocono Mountains. There are 10,000 undergraduate and graduate students in four colleges:
Business, Education, Liberal Arts, and Science and Technology. The Zeigler College of Business is accredited by AACSB. For more information,

Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. or DBA in business (finance or related field) from an AACSB accredited institution. ABD
applicants will also be considered with a firm anticipated degree completion date by August 10, 2018. Candidates with CFA/CFP license or
interest in real estate preferred. Each applicant’s record of teaching effectiveness, institutional service, and scholarly activity will be
evaluated. Finalists for the position must communicate well and successfully complete an interview process that includes teaching and
research demonstrations. A demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations is preferred.

Terms of
Appointment:
Permanent, Tenure-track position beginning in Fall 2018. Assistant/Associate Rank.

Salary and
Benefits:
Established by Collective Bargaining Agreement and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits.
