Job Description:

THIS POOL IS VALID THROUGH JUNE 30, 2018, AT WHICH TIME
APPLICANTS WISHING TO REMAIN IN THE POOL MUST REAPPLY AND UPDATE THEIR INFORMATION.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Bristol Community College is seeking qualified applicants as part-time instructors with our Division I, Humanities and
Education – Communication.

These courses may be offered as face-to-face sections in Attleboro, Fall
River, New Bedford, and/or Taunton. Courses may also be offered as online and hybrid sections through eLearning. Courses are held during the
day, in the evening, and on weekends (Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays).

Applicants who are qualified to teach
communication are encouraged to apply.

 SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Dean of Humanities and
Education

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A

Requirements:

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:

All positions require a master’s degree in communication, speech, or a related field; appropriate licensure
when applicable and the ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body.

Additional
Information:

POSITION STATUS: MCCC/MTA positions. 

SALARY: Salary commensurate
with qualifications and experience and consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
