President of Enrollment Management. Located in Paducah, Kentucky, WKCTC is a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System
(KCTCS).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the College’s chief enrollment officer, the Vice President
of Enrollment Management will provide strategic leadership in the development and coordination of an innovative and aggressive enrollment
management strategy that is continuously assessed and refined, and supports the goals and mission of WKCTC and KCTCS. Responsible to the
President, the vice president will serve as a member of the President’s leadership team and will collaborate with others across the
institution to increase student enrollment and retention. The vice president will provide management and leadership for staff in Admissions,
Recruitment, Advising and Assessment, Adult Education, and Career and Veterans Services.

The individual, in collaboration with
college leadership and the enrollment management committee, will establish enrollment and retention goals and policies, develop a campus
culture of involvement in enrollment management, and assure that goals are met. Analysis of enrollment trends and data will be used to drive
decisions and set recruitment and retention strategies. In addition, the vice president will act as an ambassador for the College in the
geographic communities it serves.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Enrollment
    Management to include strategic planning, data analysis and reporting, budgeting and supervision
  2. Demonstrated project management,
    organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to draw conclusions, develop recommendations and effectively communicate to a diverse
    audience
  3. Knowledge of, and preferably active participation in, accelerating changes, trends and challenges within higher education,
    community college setting preferred.
  4. Demonstrated oral and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively
    collaborate with academic disciplines, diverse populations, external constituencies, community members, parents, students, etc.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead in developing a vision of growth in enrollment and retention that is consistent with the College’s mission
    and strategic goals
  6. Masters degree from an accredited college or university, Doctorate preferred
  7. 3 – 5 years of extensive
    senior level management experience in higher education enrollment management, student affairs administration, student development or
    comparable professional experience
