The Board of Trustees of Southeast Arkansas College invites nominations and applications for the position of President of Southeast Arkansas
The mission of SEARK is to provide comprehensive community college education and services, with an emphasis on technical education and
workforce development for the citizens of the six-county service area. The College, which was chartered on July 1, 1991, is accredited by
the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association for Colleges and Schools and is also an AQIP
With over 1,500 students in the 2016 academic year, SEARK provides a comprehensive community college education and services, with an
emphasis on technical education and workforce development, for the citizens of Jefferson, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Grant, and Lincoln
Pine Bluff is located approximately 45 miles south of Little Rock and recreational opportunities include golf, tennis and some of the best
bass fishing in the state on the Arkansas River.
Nominations and applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
