Open executive Job in Academic & University Director, Mount Marty College Watertown

Mount Marty College invites applications for the position of Director, Mount Marty College Watertown. Reporting to the Vice President and
Dean for Academic Affairs, the Director manages all operations at the Watertown location including providing supervision and guidance for
faculty and staff, ensuring student success, managing facilities management, building relationships in the Watertown area, budgeting, and
facilitating communication between the faculty and staff at Watertown and throughout the College.

The successful applicant will
have a minimum of a Master’s degree with PhD or EdD preferred and at least 3 years of experience in postsecondary education, management,
administration, human resources, or related field.

Mount Marty College is a Catholic, Benedictine, coeducational institute of
higher learning founded in 1936 by the Sisters of Saint Benedict of Yankton, South Dakota. In keeping with the Benedictine tradition, the
college exists as a community of learners. Primary emphasis is placed on the development of each person as a complete human being with
