Job Description:

The Associate Director will strategically direct the Davidson Management Honors
Program (DMHP) in the Jindal School of Management in order to develop a strong foundation of excellence for the
students in the program. The position is responsible for long-term strategic initiatives of DMHP, working with the
DMHP Associate Dean to develop short- and long-term strategies for the development and expansion of the Davidson
Management Honors Program. The position will supervise staff and provide daily oversight of DMHP activities and
programming, such as program planning, event attendance, travel opportunities and scholarships. The Associate Director will work closely
with students to guide their development in the areas of academics, professionalism, community service, and socially. The position will
manage the recruitment process of new DMHP members, including outreach, interviewing and evaluating applicants,
and making final selection decisions. The Associate Director will represent DMHP internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3-5 years related professional experience; or
any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Masters degree
preferred with 3 – 5 years experience.
