Rider University invites applications for an Associate Dean for Graduate Programs in the College of Business Administration. Reporting to
the Dean of the College of Business Administration, this individual will manage the graduate business programs from concept through delivery
and the recruitment and advising of students. As the senior administrator in the CBA, the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs will assist
in the creation and implementation of strategic direction and represent the CBA in internal and external interactions in support of
Advancement and Admissions.

Qualified candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree as well as in-depth experience not
only as an administrator, but also as a tenured faculty member. Additional requirements include: experience with AACSB standards; experience
administering graduate business programs; familiarity and /or experience with corporate environments; the ability to effectively communicate
verbally and in writing with clarity and proficiency; and the ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with the campus
community and the public, and work as a member of the CBA leadership team. Knowledge of international business is preferred.
