Posting Summary

This position is responsible for the supervision and maintenance of all athletic
equipment. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in the day to day operations of the equipment room; processing of
received items for equipment and uniform inventory records; distributing items received to their respective head coach or designee;
assisting in practice and game day equipment set-ups and take-downs; preparing equipment and uniforms for traveling to scheduled away
competitions; adhering to and monitoring the compliance of all established National Collegiate Athletic Association, Southwestern Athletic
Conference, Texas A&M University System, Prairie View A&M University, Athletic Department rules, regulations, policies and
procedures and will report any violations of these established standards to the proper officials; attending clinics, workshops and training
events to stay current on matters pertaining to intercollegiate athletic equipment managers.
