Role Summary:

This is a key post that will contribute to the ambitions of the University’s new Strategic Plan 2017/18 – 2022/23.

To deliver a professional, approachable and inclusive Student advice service in response to a wide range of non-academic Student enquiries.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To act as the first point of contact for a wide range of non-academic enquiries
  • To efficiently and effectively resolve enquiries from students, staff, and prospective students, either face-to-face, via e-mail & social media, over the telephone, or via the electronic enquiry system
  • To record all Student enquiries, interactions and appointments onto the relevant recording systems’

  • Cofnodi’r holl ymholiadau, rhyngweithiadau ac apwyntiadau ar y systemau cofnodi perthnasol.
