Cardiff University School of Social Sciences is seeking to recruit a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow to work within the Y Lab research centre that is located within the School.
Y Lab (Welsh for “The Lab”) is the Public Services Innovation Lab for Wales, a partnership between Cardiff University and Nesta. Working in partnership with Nesta’s innovation experts, this role will involve developing and undertaking new research projects with public services staff in Wales to support innovation and improve services. This role will also include securing new research grants, publishing high-quality research reports, and engaging public services staff to ensure this work has an impact.
This is a full time position of 35 hours a week and is available from 1st January 2018, fixed term for 2 years.
£41,212 – £47,722 per annum (Grade 7)
£49,149 – £56,950 per annum (Grade 8)
The post holder will be responsible to the Academic Director of Y Lab.
