Salary: £29,515 to £33,199 per annum (pro-rata if part time) together with USS pension benefits.
The normal expectation is that the successful applicant will be appointed to the minimum of the scale with annual increments on 1 October each year (subject to completing six months service).
Main Purpose of the Post
The Project and Change Officer is responsible for supporting the programme/project manager with the leadership and delivery of major projects and change initiatives. This will cover a diverse range of activities including the co-ordination of project plans, engaging and communicating with stakeholders, monitoring and reporting, data analysis and providing administrative support.
The Project and Change Officer will have the opportunity to work with Senior Management and in collaboration with the Schools, Colleges and Professional Service Units (PSUs) around the University to ensure that the agreed outputs are delivered and transitions to new ways of working are embedded to enable benefits to be realised.
