We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work within our excellent Student Recruitment and Support team.  You will have demonstrable experience of managing in a complex and rapidly changing environment; recent experience of managing within a multi-channel information, advice and guidance service; have highly developed planning and organisational skills; strong IT skills; have a customer-focused approach, which is concerned with both service quality and meeting targets; and have excellent communication skills. Commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement are also important for this role. 

The role involves managing the delivery of student-facing operations and you will be responsible for the overall management of a team of advisors and their managers.  Working closely with the other Senior Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring that students and prospective students are provided with high quality, timely, accurate and appropriate information.  Previous experience in a Higher Education setting would be an advantage.
