This is a 9-month, full-time maternity cover appointment.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable colleague to the role of Academic Support Administrator (Taught and QA/E) within the Academic Affairs Section of the College of Science and Engineering College Office.  

The role of the Academic Support Administrator (Taught and QA/E) is to provide administrative support for undergraduate and taught postgraduate student degree progression casework and for Quality Assurance and Enhancement activities within the College.

You will be educated to at least Standard Grade or equivalent, and will typically have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in an administrative role, ideally in the higher education sector.  You will possess good communication and time management skills, an ability to analyse and manipulate data and a commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.  As this is a fixed-term maternity cover post, you should also have an aptitude for picking up new tasks quickly and accurately.
