This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and highly motivated individual to provide strong leadership and management of our Web Team.  You will be responsible for ensuring that UEL offers sector leading high performance Web Services using a market leading CMS, as well as managing a team of highly skilled front end and back end resources, organising, planning and driving projects through to successful completion.

Educated to degree level and/or with relevant professional experience, you should have excellent communication skills and be organised, driven and passionate about web technologies as well as be experienced in leading teams in a very fast paced environment and negotiating with strong willed senior stakeholders. Excellent workshop facilitation skills are instrumental to this role as you will be working frequently with non-technical staff to prioritise work, devise new processes, workflows and solutions.

A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL.
