Grade 6, £37,412 to £44,015 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

King’s Online is a highly collaborative environment, where you will work closely with instructional designers, web/UX designers, project managers, content developers, visual designers and e-learning assistants to support the development of innovative e-learning materials.

Primarily, the Web Developer will be in place to help us to expand our available technologies to encompass new and effective ways of delivering online learning to students, locally and globally. This will involve the development for our current learning management system Moodle and its plugins and themes, as well as potentially a broad range of other technologies that’ll integrate to it in order to support King’s Online product roadmap and strategy.

The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development code implementation and will be accountable for the King’s Online code base. In this role, you will work closely with our team of UX experts to assist in executing their vision and optimise the student experience; you will also work with front-end developers that will contribute to the implementation of user interfaces.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post – 100% full time equivalent.
