Staff well-being is paramount to the success of the team. We are a team that believes in empathy and compassion and each person within the team will be helped and supported to achieve their goals. We have an active well-being programme, including a weekly fruit basket, and regular optional social activities
A team that is comprised of people with different backgrounds, cultures, experiences and skills will generate ideas that are more innovative and creative, having a positive impact on the quality of our product and therefore our students.
Innovation comes from everyone, not from above. We aim to ensure that all members of the team have opportunities to explore new ideas and contribute to the direction of our product and processes.
