The role will include management for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students from enquiry to completion, incorporating organisation of committees and processes relating to assessment, student and course records.

The Teaching & Learning Administrator provides dedicated teaching & learning support to the programme directors and to students registered on the designated postgraduate programmes. The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students, and to staff teaching on the designated courses/programmes and beyond. The Bartlett School of Planning (BSP) in the Bartlett, Faculty of the Built Environment, offers three BSc (Hons) programmes and nine taught Masters programmes. There are approximately 120 undergraduate students, 320 postgraduate students and 60 MPhil and PhD students. The School has 45 teaching staff and 10 professional services staff.

The Postgraduate Administrator reports to the Deputy Departmental Manager but works closely with a number of academic staff, particularly the Postgraduate Programme Directors, Postgraduate Admissions Tutors, Registrar’s Division and the Faculty Office.The post-holder is, however, expected to manage his/her duties effectively and without close supervision.
