We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Information Assistant who is passionate about customer service.

We have a vacancy for a part-time post at our Regent Library 11am – 5pm Sunday (5 hours with an hour unpaid lunch). The post holder will lead a small team of Information Assistants and will carry out a range of other duties including working on a busy service point answering customer’s enquiries.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a library or information service. They will enjoy working with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and relevant IT skills. They will have experience in staff supervision and enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team.
