Applications are invited for the post of Schools and Colleges Administration Assistant based in the Directorate of Marketing and Communications. The positon will be available from early April 2019.

The student recruitment teams at Royal Holloway play a pivotal role in promoting Royal Holloway and its programmes. In particular the Schools and Colleges Liaison team work with students and schools in key geographical regions to support prospective students in their higher education journey. This entails inviting schools and colleges to campus as well as visiting individual institutions to deliver a range of talks and activities.

You will maintain administration systems and contact lists, have daily interaction with partner schools, maintain the stock room and support the running of campus activities. You will also be asked on occasion to represent Royal Holloway at higher education fairs.

Your involvement, engagement and commitment to the team is fundamental to the long term achievement of our objectives. As such we are looking for a person who can demonstrate a range of administrative skills as well attention to detail and exemplary customer service. Your ability to effectively juggle tasks, work independently and your willingness to be flexible when needed, will see you quickly becoming an essential member of the team.

An appreciation of what higher education promises prospective students and an understanding of the university application process is advantageous, although training will be given in these areas.

Primarily an office based role, this position would suit someone returning to work or a person with administration experience who is looking to enter the higher education sector.

This is a full time and permanent post, available early April. The College is based in Egham, Surrey on a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
