This role will sit in the Quality and Standards department in the Centre for Teaching Excellence and Student Success (CTESS) and will be responsible to The Dean of CTESS and the Head of Quality & Standards.
This role will include the validation and review processes, programme annual monitoring, collaborative provision monitoring, and module modifications.
Qualified to degree level, you will have experience of working in the higher education sector and operating within a quality and/or standards framework. You will have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and be able to act with tact and discretion. You will have the ability to work under pressure, taking a methodical approach with an excellent eye for detail and will be a strong team player. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have experience of committee servicing and a working knowledge of the UK Quality Code.
