The role of Professional Standards Manager, will be to enable the IEMA journey as we broaden our scope to embrace the social and economic aspects of sustainability. You will pave the way for IEMA to realise its vision increasing the focus on international growth and broadening the scope into World Wide social and economic issues. You will be responsible for quality assurance within IEMA, building strong relationships with our assessors bringing together business intelligence and stakeholder feedback and use it to improve assessment practices at IEMA and ensure the award of professional recognition is consistent and timely across individual memberships, corporate schemes and training approvals. As well as overseeing the Award of IEMA’s professional recognition to members, corporate partners and training partners.
This will be a dynamic role with exciting challenges, and equally, an opportunity for an individual to make a tangible difference and leave their legacy on a rapidly developing and critically important profession. You will immediately be able to build on the growing confidence with your colleagues and stakeholders and help continue our transitional journey, taking members and business partners with us.
