The Institute is looking to appoint a Physicians Associates Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the new MSc Physicians Associates Studies programme. The role will contribute to faculty’s aim to be a leader in physician associate studies by providing significant operational support, thereby helping the programme to become a valued contributor to the community of PA educators and advance the implementation and acceptance of the PA profession in the UK.

This post incorporates a variety of responsibilities relating to teaching delivery, co-ordination and assessment, recruitment and marketing for the MSc in PA studies, and involves working with a range of stakeholders to help facilitate the smooth running of the MSc Physicians Associate Studies programme. Applications are invited for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator with strong organizational and problem solving skills. The post-holder should be able to work independently and part of a team if necessary, and will be expected to exercise considerable judgement and initiative. The post-holder should have good interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with both staff and students, providing excellent service and contributing to student experience.

This is a full time, permanent post. Starting salary will be in the range £26,270 – £32,405 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave and a defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
