The UCL Occupational Health and Wellbeing (OHW) team provides professional evidence-based, effective occupational health and wellbeing advice and services to UCL and external clients, in order to promote health at work and maintain a motivated and committed workforce, and to enhance the cultural and physical environment in which teaching and research activity can operate effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Wellbeing, the Administration Manager will plan, lead and manage the administration function and associated processes, ensuring that the needs of the OHW team are met in support of its strategic aims. The post holder will support the clinical service delivery by leading on customer experience protocols, facilities management, data management and record keeping, and financial processes. You will also act as Executive Assistant to the Director of OHW and line manage three administrators.

To be successful in this role you will have managed an administration function within a large organisation, with experience of setting up, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of administrative and office systems. You will have an excellent working knowledge of IT systems including MS Office, and you will have effectively managed team members to enable them to develop their working practices and improve service delivery.

With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will be able to work effectively, flexibly and assertively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently, adapting to the working environment as service delivery changes.

Your interpersonal skills will allow effective interactions on a number of levels throughout the organisation, ensuring queries are dealt with clearly and efficiently.
