The appointment will be on UCL Grade 3. The salary range will be £20,500 – £21,780 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
UCL Careers is seeking to appoint a full-time Receptionist.
The main purpose of the job is to be the first point of contact for visitors to UCL Careers, (students, graduates, employers, UCL staff and members of the public), checking users in for a variety of services, answering a wide range of initial enquiries and referring to appropriate sources of support where necessary.
The post holder will also respond to general enquiries by email and undertake a range of administrative tasks.
