We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the Registry team who will support the delivery and management of a portfolio of Undergraduate and Taught Postgraduate programmes. You will provide administrative support and advice to staff (both professional and academic) on procedures and policies relating to these programmes.

The posts offer an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied academic environment supporting the student experience. Successful candidates should have a good general education (A-Level standard or equivalent), keen appreciation of providing a high level of customer service, along with strong IT skills, a good standard of written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively. Relevant previous experience supporting the provision of learning and teaching within the Higher Education sector would be advantageous.

The post is located in a shared office environment and the role holder will be expected to work in a proactive, flexible and cooperative manner. You will also be expected to provide cover for other team members and carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
