Job offer in Ireland Teaching Fellow in American History at University College Dublin

Applications are invited for a Specified purpose post of a Teaching Fellow in American History within UCD School of History
The School of History at University College Dublin seeks to appoint a temporary teaching fellow. The successful candidate will commence in September 2019, and be offered a specified purpose contract covering maternity leave (estimated duration: 6 months).
The successful candidate will:
– Work as part of a team to deliver undergraduate and graduate teaching and supervision in the field of American History
– Engage in research in American History directed towards the production of prestige publications
– Contribute to the administration of the School of History by performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of School
– Contribute to the promotion of American History at UCD through a variety of means.
Salary: €35,000 – €36,000 per annum.
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
