Student Registry Services are responsible for coordinating the registration and enrolment process, the administration of examinations, graduations and the maintenance and archiving of all core student records
The Student Registry Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and management of the student administrative services delivered in Student Registry. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for supervising the staff and processes that support the delivery of enrolment and registration, postgraduate research student management and general student records administration.

The successful candidate must have:
- A degree and proven relevant experience of student administrative services.
- Significant recent relevant experience in a student administrative services role.
- Professional experience of student administrative services
- Proven hands on experience of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions / QSIS.
- A proven record in the management of human, financial and information resources and in the provision of high quality services to end users.
- A proven record of analysing issues, problem solving, reporting on findings, summarising information and making recommendations.
