Job offer in Ireland Research Associate – Dementia Data Analytics at Ulster University

The post-holder will be required to extract relevant data, pertaining to the learning disability population in Northern Ireland (NI) from existing information systems across the five health and social care trusts, the HSC and GP systems. The primary aim of this project is to identify the Down Syndrome population in Northern Ireland through the interrogation of existing health and social care databases. Once the data is gathered the postholder will help build a facility to accommodate it, in each of the five trusts. The postholder will also write the protocol for onward data maintenance according to the needs of Regional Steering Group, and test the operation of this protocol. The postholder may be based at any one of the four Ulster University campuses. (Fixed Term until 31 March 2020)
