Job offer in Ireland Research Assistant at Queen’s University Belfast
The Wellcome Trust-Wolfson Northern Ireland Clinical Research Facility (NICRF) was established in 2013 with funding from the Wellcome Trust and Wolfson Foundation to provide state-of-the-art facilities to support clinical research. The NICRF is a joint venture with Queen’s University, Ulster University, Public Health Agency and Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.
This post is available for one year to assist in the planning and delivery of work within the NICRF and research group of Professor Judy Bradley. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the NICRF and will support the general running of the Facility as well as participate in established and new projects. There will also be opportunity to participate in pilot and collaborative studies.
The successful candidate will:
- Honours degree or equivalent in subject relevant to research activity
- At least 1 year’s recent, relevant experience in research or clinical practice.

Anticipated interview date: Monday 17 September 2018
Salary scale: £27,285 – £31,604 per annum (potential to progress to £34,520 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution)
