Job offer in Ireland Professor in Digital Construction and Building Information Modelling at Ulster University
The postholder will develop and lead digital construction and building information modelling (BIM) research and research informed teaching that is complementary with the activities of the Belfast School of Architecture and the Built Environment at Ulster University. S/he will develop a research centre that encompasses the skills and ambitions of the Digital Construction subject area, that is in line with university’s strategic plan.
Working closely with the Head of School, the Associate Head of School (focussed on Education) and the Research Director, the post-holder will inform curriculum development with research led insights, with the goal of developing excellence in research, student experience and civic engagement along our theme of Smart, Sustainable Infrastructure.
Applicants must have evidence of substantial experience in delivering research informed digital construction teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
