Job offer in Ireland McCann FitzGerald Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Law and Business at University College Dublin
Temporary 1 year post commencing 1 September 2019
Applications are invited for a temporary post of a McCann FitzGerald Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Law and Business within UCD Sutherland School of Law. UCD Sutherland School of Law is the leading law school in Ireland and is recognised through education, research, knowledge exchange, student and staff exchanges and international activities as amongst the leading law schools in Europe.
The School wishes to appoint a Lecturer/Assistant Professor who will be required to engage in research, teaching and academic administration within the UCD Sutherland School of Law. This will include the delivery and development of modules at undergraduate and graduate levels, the supervision of graduate students and research that will lead to publication in international peer reviewed journals and/or with leading academic presses in line with the academic mission of the School. The appointee will report to the Dean of Law.
The post is for candidates with teaching and/or research interests in the following fields:
- Contract Law
- Business Law
- Commercial Law
95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor (2010) ATB Salary Scale: €52,848 – €83,090 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guideline
