University of Bath – Biology & Biochemistry

An opportunity has arisen within the University’s Department of Biology and Biochemistry for a part-time (0.4 fte) Teaching Fellow in Conservation Biology for up to 24 weeks, starting on Monday 5 February 2018.

Teaching responsibilities will include the delivery of lectures, seminars, workshops and tutorials within our well established Biology programme, specifically in topics related to conservation. This will also involve the development of some new teaching materials. 

Applicants should hold a first degree and a postgraduate qualification related to Conservation Biology. 

You must be a strong team player, able to work on your own initiative within a dynamic environment to meet the needs of highly able students. A track record in the delivery of a high quality student learning experience is desirable but not essential.
