We are seeking a Support Analyst to undertake day-to-day support activities for the IT Compliance & Security team (ITCS) in IT Services.
It is an ideal position for anyone wanting to broaden their experience around Compliance, as ITCS provides the following services for the university: Technical Project Management, IT Project Management Office (PMO), IT communications and the development of service-wide reports and dashboards, service-wide Resource Management & forecasting, Audit and Risk management, Supplier Management and IT Security.
Whilst you may be asked to be involved in any of these activities, you will be expected to have strong experience in IT PMO, communications & reporting as these are essential elements of the role.
You may also be asked to undertake work packages and small projects work.
You will have:
• An Undergraduate degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This post is fixed term in order to cover a secondment.
