In this role, you will lead the development of relationships between the University of Leicester and schools and colleges and implement an agreed strategy to build relationships with key influencers of prospective students, for example careers advisers, head teachers and parents. You will also be responsible for promoting the University of Leicester to prospective students through the delivery of a wide variety of on and off-campus events, exhibitions, presentations and other activities.

As the ideal applicant, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have experience of working within 13-19 education, further education or higher education and be able demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Higher Education applications process. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse audience including young people, parents, teachers, advisers, academic staff and support colleagues in the University. You will have an analytical approach to work and the ability to ability to write reports, correspondence and other documentation.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is essential.
