We are seeking to appoint a Senior Handyperson to lead a new team of 3 Handypersons in the College’s small and friendly Estates Department. The role is very varied and includes the maintenance and upkeep of external areas, waste and recycling collection and disposal, setting up room layouts for conferences, distribution of goods and heavy items of furniture/equipment and general responsive building maintenance repairs, so candidates should therefore be competent in a range of disciplines and capable of leading and developing the team.
