The Department of Development & Alumni Relations leads our landmark 50th Anniversary Look Further fundraising campaign, aiming to raise £66million to support initiatives from scholarships to placement grants to research funding.

The Major Gifts Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that our donors have the best possible experience of giving to the University of Bath. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can support the smooth running of the Major Gifts team, including providing effective administration for our donor stewardship and recognition programmes and engaging with recipients of philanthropic funding.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, preferably gained in a charitable giving or relationship management environment. You will be highly organised, with an eye for detail, and confident working on your own initiative as well as part of a busy team. You will be committed to delivering excellent customer service and be skilled at building positive working relationships to engage with colleagues, donors and funding beneficiaries.

The postholder will occasionally be expected to attend events that take place in evenings or on weekends, for which time off in lieu will be given.
