We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional administrator to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the delivery of an excellent HR service that supports the University’s vision.
In this busy role you will work flexibly as part of a team responsible for the administrative and advisory activities for the issue and ongoing maintenance of numerous hourly paid staff employment contracts on an annual basis. A key element of your remit will be ensuring BU’s compliance at all times in respect of relevant immigration legislation and regulations.
You will have significant experience of undertaking complex transactional administrative work in a busy office, including data entry. You will possess effective time management skills, the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail. You will be highly motivated to provide an excellent and proactive service in line with operational deadlines.

The post is initially available on a fixed term contract to the end of July 2018.
