We’re looking for someone to support our team of Directors
Salary: £23,464 – £26,390 per annum with a 16 week probationary period
36.5 hours per week
Who are we?
Warwick SU is the focal point of campus life here at Warwick, a democratically-run organisation, independent, self-sustaining charitable company. Warwick SU runs nightclub events, bars and food outlets in order to fund student activities including over 300 societies and sports clubs, education, campaigning and advice services. We are here to support our students and empower them to achieve their potential.
What’s the job?
You will provide effective confidential administrative, diary management and project support for the SU’s Director team, including meeting organisation, project coordination and monitoring. You will also support the wider governance team in the provision of administration for the SU as required. This is likely to include minute taking, facilities booking and record keeping in a student facing environment.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, show tact and diplomacy and be highly organised.
You’ll be dependable, adaptable and calm, delivering to deadlines and taking real pride in the accuracy and quality of your work!
It is important that you have a high level of integrity as well as being a great administrator. It is crucial that the directors can trust you and that you work well within a team.
