The undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Bath Spa currently span art and design, teacher education and the liberal arts. The University is expanding its portfolio into degree and higher level apprenticeships, initially in the areas of business and management, education and childcare, creative arts and design, and policing.

About the role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic manager to drive the introduction and operationalisation of the University’s new degree and higher level apprenticeship offering. The role involves extensive liaison with stakeholders within and outside the University to enable the effective launch and running of our apprenticeships. The successful applicant will work with Academic Units and Professional Services to develop the apprenticeships, and will support the management of relevant government interfaces, including the ESFA reporting system.

About you (requirements)

You will have a thorough understanding of the policies underpinning degree and higher-level apprenticeships, and will have experience of working within a UK higher education institution. You will possess excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills, and will have extensive experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and organisations.
