Grade 500 – Full time starting salary is normally in the range £21,904 to £23,532. With potential progression once in post to £27,242 a year.
The College of Arts & Law is looking to recruit an Administrator to provide support on College
HR-related matters. The College comprises of five Schools which together have over 6000 students and in excess of 600 staff.
The post holder will work in close partnership with the College Administration Manager and support activity like bought-in teacher engagement, right to work activity, Athena Swan, Equality and Diversity and the implementation of new computer-based systems. Amongst other things the post holder requires excellent customer service skills, experience of supporting HR-related activities within an education setting, experience of offering specialist advice on complex procedures and excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to manage and prioritise own workload is essential and is a good knowledge of IT software packages.
The post holder must exercise complete discretion and demonstrate confidence as work involves matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
