Salary: £22,494 to £26,829 per annum (pro-rata if offered a job share) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
Debt Services is part of the Financial Control Team seeking to recruit a full time Collections Administrator. This role will be split across the University Park and Kings Meadow Campus. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role in a debt collections or credit control environment, who has the ability to plan and organise their own workload as well as work collaboratively with the rest of the team and internal and external partners.
The role will involve the timely recovery of unpaid invoices, fees and charges which relate to students, sponsors and commercial customers. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner and will be expected to deal with queries from staff, students, and other University stakeholders professionally and efficiently. You will be highly organised and have the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.
This is a full time, permanent position. The post is open to a job share.
