We are looking for an Assistant Support Analyst to provide best practice application support and administration within the development team.
You will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality 1st line support and pro-active prioritisation and resolution of application related incidents.
You will also support the Application Support Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the applications within the team, enabling IT Services to meet the strategic aims of the University.
You will have:-
Degree qualification or can demonstrate equivalent experience Evidence of CPD.
- A qualification in a technical field.

- Complexity – Level 1
- Business Skills – Level 2
